About Me

12 year career in the Military, Serving our great nation in the United States Navy. Followed by a 14 year career in corporate America, working in the Manufacturing Industry, I found myself unemployed with obligations. My wife and I decided to start our own business. This journey has made me grow through situations. Although it has not always been positive, I would not trade it for the world. I started taking Scuba courses 5 yrs ago and found that I loved it so much that I continued until I became certified as a OW Instructor and a DAN First Aid Instructor. I'm now with SDI/TDI ERDI and I am working with Public Safety Dive Teams, SCUBA Shops and Instructors and building a solid relationship while providing thorough training. I am utilizing the skills I've acquired from 12 yrs in the Navy, extensive training in Dale Carnegie, and trial and error learning in Sales to help Divers be the best in their Field.

New Tender Operations Course

The new Tender Operations Manual, is completed.  A complete guide to Tender Operations in a Public Safety Diving Role.

Public Safety Diving is a rewarding and challenging profession.  Each time there is a call for service or an incident to which a unit responds, the needs of the public are being served by individuals who have dedicated themselves to providing this highly specialized service.

Dive tenders are truly the most valuable element of the dive team as they are required to have the largest knowledge base and a thorough working knowledge of every aspect of the team's design, capabilities and strategies.  Tenders must be diligent, professional, dedicated and hard working or the team and dive operations may suffer.

This is a course truly for everyone involved in PSD
